Cancellation Policy

Must complete all sessions within 30 or 60 days of purchase, depending on package selected. 10 minute grace period for logging in each session or session is canceled and nonrefundable. The session will end after 10 minutes so you will not be able to log in. This will be considered a no-show and counted as one session. Cancelation and rescheduling of coaching sessions must be emailed 24 hours before the session. 24 hour cancelation required once appointment is set in order to reschedule a session, otherwise sessions are nonrefundable. Rescheduling must take place within the timeframe based on session guidelines. For example, for 3 sessions packages, all 3 sessions must be booked within 30 days. There will be no refunds if sessions are not booked and/or completed within the 30 or 60 day window, without prior exceptions from me.
