Are the coaching sessions refundable?
Typically, there are no refunds for scheduled sessions, however, at my discretion I may allow partial or full refunds depending on the reason for the request. In addition, services may not be eligible for rebooking.
There is a 10 minute grace period what happens if I show up afterwards?
The session will end after 10 minutes so you will not be able to log in. This will be considered a no-show and counted as one session. It is always best to reach out to me as soon as possible unless there are emergencies. if you need to reschedule for another day and time, a 24 hour notice is required.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Cancellation and rescheduling of coaching sessions must be emailed 24 hours before the session.
Rescheduling must take place within the timeframe based on session guidelines. For example, all 3 sessions must be booked within 30 days for a package with 3 sessions or within 60 days for a package with 6 sessions.
There will be no refunds if sessions are not booked and/or completed within the 30 or 60 day window, without sufficient communication and prior exception(s) from me.
In an effort to maximize our time together in the most beneficial and therapeutic way and without preventable interruptions; I provide a free consultation before we make a commitment to partner together. At that time, we both can determine if we are a fit and optimum scheduling options.
Emergency or urgent situations will be handled accordingly.
